Each bar has 28g of complete protein, led by whey protein isolate. Complete means it delivers all nine essential amino acids your body needs to build and recover muscle. We lead with isolate because it is highly filtered, easy to digest, and packs more protein with less of what you do not need. At 28g, one bar covers a full protein serving and truly moves the needle on your daily target, instead of just topping you off like a 10 or 15g bar.

No, and that was the point. We lead with whey protein isolate, which is filtered to remove most of the lactose, so you get the protein without the bloating or heaviness some bars leave behind. We also keep our fiber minimal, just enough to round out the bar and never so much that it leaves you uncomfortable, so you can eat more than one and still feel good. And we never use sugar alcohols, a common cause of stomach trouble in other protein bars. BELLY is made to sit easy and keep you going.
