Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

1. Eligibility:

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) upon entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Belly Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”); and any of its respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, webmasters, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win any prize. IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated below.

2. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway starts at 12:00 AM (PT) on March 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on June 1, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s or its designee’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period and meet other requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

• Visit eatbellybar.com and submit a complete entry form, including your name, email address, and phone number.

  
  

By submitting an entry as instructed above (“Submission”), you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Restrictions below. Sponsor may choose to remove any Submission or disqualify you from the Giveaway if it believes that your Submission fails to conform with the Guidelines and Restrictions. Upon completion of all required entry steps and compliance with the Guidelines and Restrictions, you will automatically receive one entry into the Giveaway.

Limit:
MAXIMUM POSSIBLE 5 ENTRIES PER PERSON DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD. Any attempt to obtain additional entries, including through artificial intelligence (“AI”) software or tools, bots, multiple or duplicate accounts, or other methods, will result in disqualification. +1 GIVEAWAY FORM, +2 - INSTAGRAM FOLLOW, +1 TIKTOK FOLLOW, +1 X FOLLOW

4. Submission Guidelines and Restrictions:

a. Your Submission must not include or refer to untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

b. Your Submission must be your original creation and owned 100% by you.

c. Your Submission must not (in Sponsor’s discretion):

i. Violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity.
ii. Contain disparaging or defamatory statements.
iii. Include threats to any person, place, business, or group.
iv. Be obscene, offensive, or indecent.
v. Depict any risky behavior.
vi. Contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
vii. Contain unauthorized third-party trademarks or logos.

5. Identity of Entrant:

All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified (including entries made using any script, macro, bot, AI software, or promotional service). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email for entry. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud or other unfair or illegitimate means will result in disqualification.

6. Selection and Notification of Winners:

On or about June 5, 2025, Sponsor will select the names of 280 potential winners of the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will notify each potential winner via email in June, 2025. To claim a prize, the potential winner must respond within 48 hours of receiving the email and follow the instructions contained in the notification.

7. Prize:

• 280 winners will each receive one sample of Belly Bars (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5 each).

  
  

Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize is unavailable.

8. Privacy Policy:

By entering, participants agree that personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at eatbellybar.com/privacy-policy.

9. Disputes and Governing Law:

This Giveaway is governed by and will be interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts of California.
